White Pine County Sheriff’s Office || WEEKEND Blotter Report, November 24th – 25th

REPORT OF A BURGLARY

City – the reporting party claimed her ex-boyfriend was in her apartment, refusing to leave, and was damaging her property.  When deputies arrived, the male fled the apartment through a back window. The male was later located and identified as 27 year old Ely resident [NAME WITHHELD]. He was arrested for burglary, trespassing, and several other charges.

REPORT OF LITTERING

City – the reporting party claimed an unknown subject keeps throwing garbage on his property. A report was completed.

REPORT OF THEFT

City – the reporting party, an employee of a local convenience store, observed a female stealing goods without paying for them.  The female fled the store when confronted. The female was identified as 41 year old [NAME WITHHELD], who was also suspected of a previous theft. She was arrested for burglary and larceny.

REPORT OF SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES

The reporting party claimed a friend was in the hospital and there was an unknown subject at his trailer. The subject was contacted and he claimed the owner’s girlfriend had asked him to watch the trailer while he was gone.

REPORT OF A SUSPICIOUS SUBJECT

The subject was gone when deputies arrived.

REPORT OF A SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE

City – the vehicle was located and the driver claimed to have just pulled over to sleep.

REPORT OF THREATS

City – the reporting party claimed an unknown male called and threatened him.  A report was completed.

REPORT OF A WELFARE CHECK

The subject was located and claimed to be fine.

REPORT OF STALKING

The reporting party claimed a male appeared to be hanging around areas in which his granddaughter frequents. The male subject was later located and advised to stay away from the female.

REPORT OF A POSSIBLE INTOXICATED DRIVER

City – the driver was not intoxicated.
