REPORT OF A POSSIBLE DRUNK DRIVER

City — officer contacted the operator of the vehicle and reported that he was not intoxicated. No problems were located.

REPORT OF AN ARREST

City — officer reported that [NAME WITHHELD] age 31 of Ely was arrested for driving suspended.

REPORT OF A DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE

City — officer contacted the parties involved who stated that they had engaged in a verbal argument. The parties involved had already separated for the day.

REPORT OF A TRAFFIC HAZARD

Officer received a report of a bull standing next to the roadway. The owner was contacted who secured the bull.

REPORT OF A SUSPICIOUS SUBJECT

City — officer contacted the person who was sleeping in his vehicle. No problems were located.

REPORT OF THREATS

Officer received a report of an individual making threats towards another person. Investigation into the incident continues.

REPORT OF FRAUD

City — reporting party stated that someone had gained access to one of her internet accounts and had made an unauthorized purchase. The incident was documented.

REPORT OF A RECKLESS DRIVER

Officer contacted the operator of the vehicle and he was issued a warning.

REPORT OF A THEFT

City — reporting party stated that he was in the process of moving and had either misplaced an item or it was stolen. A report was completed.

REPORT OF A HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT

City — reporting party stated that he was riding his skateboard on a city street and had nearly been hit by a vehicle, due to the vehicle operator not seeing him. This caused the skateboarder to crash. Officers are looking for the vehicle involved.

REPORT OF A PUBLIC NUISANCE

Officer contacted the resident of the home and advised her to clean up the trash in her yard our, she would be issued a citation.

REPORT OF A PROBLEM WITH A SUBJECT

Reporting party stated that an individual had walked into her home uninvited. The individual was contacted who was suffering from mental illness. The person was assisted to her own home.

REPORT OF AN ACCIDENT

City —[SUBJECT 1] was operating a vehicle traveling south on Great Basin Blvd. [SUBJECT 2] was operating a vehicle traveling North on Great Basin Blvd. [SUBJECT 1] attempted to make a turn from Great Basin Blvd. and failed to yield to [SUBJECT 2] causing an accident. [SUBJECT 1] was issued a citation for failure to yield. An accident report was completed.

REPORT OF POSSIBLE ELDER ABUSE

City — reporting party stated that a family member was not being properly cared for at a care facility. Investigation into the incident continues.

REPORT OF A DISTURBANCE

City — reporting party stated that her neighbor was outside his home yelling. Officer attempted to contact the neighbor, but he would not answer the door.

REPORT OF A RECKLESS DRIVER

City — the area was patrolled, but the vehicle was not located.

REPORT OF A PROBLEM WITH A SUBJECT

City — reporting party stated that had evicted a renter from his rental property, but the renter had returned. The reporting party was advised to obtain a court order to have the person removed.

REPORT OF A PROBLEM WITH A SUBJECT

City — reporting party stated that she had overheard several people making threats towards another person. Officer patrolled the area, but the people making the threats were not located.
