White Pine County Sheriff’s Office || Blotter Report, June 5th ’19

REPORT OF A JUVENILE PROBLEM

City — reporting party stated that he went to pick his daughter up from party and she is refusing to go home with him. The daughter was contacted and advised to follow her father’s rules. No other problems were reported.

REPORT OF A DOMESTIC BATTERY

City — officer received a report of a domestic battery that had taken place at a local motel. During the officers investigation the victim related to this incident was located in a motel room. Due to the injuries she had sustained she was unresponsive. Life saving measure were put into place and the victim was revived. She was taken to the hospital by ambulance. Officers are looking for a suspect in this incident that had fled the scene before officers arrived. Investigation continues.

REPORT OF A DOG PROBLEM

Reporting party stated that she had been bitten by a dog. The reporting party received medical attention at the ER. The owner of the dog was contacted who provided current vaccination records for the dog. A report was completed.

REPORT OF A WELFARE CHECK

City — officer contacted the person and requested an ambulance due to the person was in need of medical assistance. The person was taken to ER by ambulance.

REPORT OF SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES

City — reporting party stated that someone is gaining access to his apartment when he is not home. Investigation into this incident continues.

REPORT OF A RECKLESS DRIVER

The area was patrolled, but the vehicle was not located.

REPORT OF A LOST CELL PHONE

City — reporting party stated that she had lost her cell phone at a local park. The incident was documented.

REPORT OF A WELFARE CHECK

City — the area was patrolled, but the person was not located.

REPORT OF AN AGENCY ASSIST

City — officer received a report of an individual who was under hospital care that walked away from the facility. Officers patrolled the area, but the person was not located.

REPORT OF AN ACCIDENT

[SUBJECT 1] of Ely was operating a vehicle traveling on 35th West. [SUBJECT 2] of McGill was operating a vehicle traveling on 250th North. As the vehicles enter into the intersection [SUBJECT 2] failed to yield the right of way causing an accident.

REPORT OF A WELFARE CHECK

City — officer contacted the individual and reported that she was fine. No problems were located.

REPORT OF A NOISE DISTURBANCE

— officer contacted the responsible party and advised her to turn the music down. She complied.
